In the first month since it's inception, All American Poker League, has crushed the competition, by opening new poker venues and by taking over some unhappy venues from the competition.
In all you can play just about any night of the week within a 30 mile radius in southwest Florida from Venice to Port Charlotte.
All American Poker League also held a very successful charity tournament benefiting Time Out Respite Care. The tournament was held on July 30th, 2011 at the Family Table Restaurant in North Port Florida. In all 65 participants where in attendance raising several hundred dollars for the charity and having a GREAT time playing Texas Hold'em poker.

An Alternative FREE Poker League Is Coming To Sarasota Florida
I've heard, in the wind, there is a new free poker league coming to the Sarasota Florida area. This new league promises to be a welcome change to the current strangle hold that Club Poker League currently has on the Sarasota area.
Many people have been asking and some have attempted to bring a new free poker league to the area but until now these attempts have been unsuccessful.
I for one welcome the opportunity to play Texas Hold'em in several cities in southwest Florida and with any and all companies, casinos and the like that provide a fun filled event for me to take family and friends.
Bravo new FREE poker league company(s), spread your wings and fly!!! I for one will visit the Sarasota Florida businesses you have selected as your poker spots and I will bring many of my friends as well.
